My guest didn't confirm their ticket in time but would still like to attend - what do I do?

Guest tickets are reserved for 48 hours and must be confirmed within this window. If your guest's ticket has now expired, this can no longer be confirmed. However, your guest can still claim a ticket by completing a new booking, so long as tickets are still available.
