I haven't received my guest ticket - what do I do?
Your guest ticket is sent to you via email immediately after confirmation. If you haven't received this, we recommend
checking that you have confirmed your ticket.
To do this, please login to your Cinematik account and go to Tickets. If your ticket has been confirmed, it will be
listed here. You can also view and download your ticket via this page.
If your ticket has not been confirmed, please follow your guest invite link and ensure that you have completed the
confirmation process and reached the order confirmation screen. Alternatively, you can also claim a ticket by creating a
new booking.
